| On a wet and windy Wednesday evening at Kempton, Totalitarian, a 3 year old gelding by Pivotal, made his debut. With a good draw in a competitive 7 furlong maiden. A consumate professional in the parade ring, he broke ok and was settled on the inside. He ran a little keen early on, but was kept well covered by Martin Dwyer as he tracked the favourite. Turning into home he was shaken up by the jockey, and passing the gap he made a break on the inside, pushing past the favourite and making headway on the leader. In the final furlong he tired, but stayed onto seal third. We expect much improvement from this run and will be looking to step him up in trip in the future. |
